To maintain the value of our promotional packages, customization or substitutions are not offered. Items included cannot be removed or exchanged. However, couples can always add extra floral pieces, including:

Rentals such as arches and floral installations
All floral designs feature in-season premium blooms, paired with curated secondary flowers, fillers, and greenery to ensure a lush, balanced look.

Delivery within 20 miles: flat rate $200
For distances beyond 20 miles: $2.50 per mile (up to 40 miles)
For delivery, please include:
Venue name, address, contact info
Drop-off & pickup times
Any required COI documentation by venue from us.
A team member will contact you to confirm availability, send your invoice and contract, and secure your booking. Your date is not booked until both are completed.

Repurposing & Setup Policy
We only set up flowers when explicitly included in your contract or promotional offer
Setup is limited to reception tables
Ceremony area setup is not offered due to flower sensitivity to heat
Repurposing ceremony flowers?
Appoint someone from your party to move and place them
Best done 30 minutes before ceremony (takes 10–15 minutes)
For complimentary setup:
Venue must allow morning set up or minimum of 30 minutes before guest arrival/photos.
Planner or venue staff is responsible for lighting candles
Floral Craftsmanship & Substitution Policy
All arrangements are crafted with premium, in-season blooms, featuring:
Garden Roses, Ranunculus, Snapdragons and Seasonal fillers like baby’s breath, wax flowers, Queen Anne’s lace, and more.
To keep packages affordable:
We do not offer custom flower selection
We may substitute blooms with those of equal or greater value, while maintaining your theme and color palette
