TERMS & CONDITIONS

By placing an order with Rozy and Violet Blooms and its authorized representatives, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

​

ORDERS & PAYMENTS 

1.1-Personal Information

​

All clients are required to provide complete and accurate personal details, including the full venue address and vendor contact information during the ordering process. If this information is not explicitly requested, it remains the responsibility of the client to submit these details no later than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled delivery date.

​

1.2 Payment Methods

​

  • We accept: Check, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

  • Cash payments are not accepted.

  • Electronic payments incur a 3.5% processing fee. Payments by check have no processing fees.

​

1.3 Payment Options

  • Option 1: Pay in full at time of booking , 50% of this payment will be consider the retainer fee.

  • Option 2: Pay in two installments:

    • 50% retainer due upon booking to secure your date.

    • Remaining 50% due 2 months before your event.

​

1.4 A 10% late fee will apply to any overdue balance.
1.5 Retainer fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

ORDER CONFIRMATION 
​

2.1 By clicking on the 'check out and/or sign contract' at the end of the order process, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on the Rozy and Violet Blooms site.

Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will send an email confirmation of your order details to advise that we are processing your order via the email address you provide. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have issued this email confirmation.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY 
​

3.1 All prices listed on the Rozy and Violet Blooms website are valid at the time of ordering and are subject to change based on seasonal availability or demand during peak periods.

​

3.2 Prices for fresh floral arrangements are market-based and may fluctuate.

 

3.3 Rozy and Violet Blooms reserves the right to adjust pricing for any product at any time without prior notice that will apply to new clients / orders . All orders already booked ( signed contract and retainer fee paid) will NOT be affected by this increase of pricing.

GENERAL AVAILABILITY 
​

3.4 All products featured on the website are available for local delivery only.

​

3.5 Same-day delivery is not available. Clients must place their order at least thirty (30) days in advance of the event date.

 

3.6 All products are subject to availability. If specific flowers or items become unavailable, Rozy and Violet Blooms reserves the right to substitute with items of equal or greater value and quality without prior notice.

​

FRESH FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS 
​

4.1 Fresh flowers—including bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, centerpieces, individual blooms for cakes, loose petals, and accent pieces—are made using seasonal fresh flowers and become the property of the client.

 

4.2 All vases, containers, and hard goods are included in the client’s purchase and may be kept, donated, or discarded for fresh flowers ONLY.

 

4.3 The only floral , vases , rentals and  items not owned by the client are ceremony installations or hybrid rental pieces, vases or stands used for rental installations , as clearly indicated in individual contracts.

 FLORALS, RENTALS & HYBRID CEREMONY ARCHES 

​

5.1 Our ceremony floral rentals consist of high-quality artificial flowers blended with fresh flowers. These items are rented and remain the property of Rozy and Violet Blooms. Some flower names may correspond to real varieties but may be represented by silk or artificial versions.

​

 RENTAL HANDLING & LIABILITY 

​

6.1 No rental items may be left outdoors overnight or exposed to rain. This includes all floral arches and arrangements categorized as rentals.

 

6.2 Hybrid arches are not weatherproof. If inclement weather is anticipated, Rozy and Violet Blooms reserves the right to retrieve items early.

 

6.3 Only Rozy and Violet Blooms staff or pre-approved industry professionals may handle, move, or dismantle rentals.

 

6.4 Damage beyond standard wear will incur a charge equal to (8) times the rental price.

​

VENUE LIMITATIONS  

 

7.1 Clients must verify that their venue can accommodate all rental items, including floral installations. Rozy and Violet Blooms is not responsible for venue-related limitations, and no refunds will be issued in cases where rentals cannot be used due to size, setup, or décor restrictions.

DELIVERY AND SET UP  
​
FRESH FLOWERS 
​

8.1 Delivery is only provided once the applicable delivery fee has been paid in full or if added as part of seasonal free delivery promotion and is included in contract.

 

8.2 The delivery fee covers one (1) location only. Additional locations will incur extra charges and this additional location MUST be agreed upon signing contract. Additional locations can’t be added on the day of the event.

 

8.3 All delivery information will be collected once the order is complete.

 

8.4 Clients must confirm with the venue or delivery location that they will accept delivery at the specified time.

 

8.5 In the event that the delivery location rejects the order, an additional fee of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) will be applied for redelivery to an alternate location due before delivery is completed to that alternative location .

 

8.6 Fresh flower pick-up is available at no additional cost in our flower shop to avoid delivery fees.

 

8.7 Delivery includes drop-off only. No setup or breakdown is included unless explicitly arranged , specified in contract as part of seasonal promotion.

 

8.8 Rozy and Violet Blooms is not responsible for setting up third-party décor. We will only set up rentals and floral arrangements provided by our team when this service has been added.

 

8.9 There are no added fees for delivery on holidays or during special events.

 

8.10 Returns are not accepted

CEREMONY RCHES & FLORAL RENTALS (Hybrids)
​

9.1Delivery, setup, and pickup are included in the price for rental installations within twenty (20) miles of our warehouse. We clean and pick up only rentals provided by us.

 

9.2 Deliveries beyond this range will incur an additional charge of two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) per mile, up to a maximum of forty (40) miles. Please contact us for a custom quote for ceremony and reception relocation.

 

9.3  The listed pricing covers setup at one location only. If rental items must be relocated from the ceremony site to the reception venue (or any other location), additional moving and setup fees will apply and must be added to contract before retainer fee is paid.

 

9.4 Arches, pillars, and backdrops are substantial in size and may require disassembly for safe transport. These items may only be handled and moved by the Rozy and Violet Blooms team or by an industry professional who has been pre-approved in writing.

 

9.5 Pickups must be completed by 11:00 p.m. on the event day. Late-night pickups will incur a charge of fifty dollars ($50.00) for every thirty (30) minutes past the scheduled time.

 

9.6 â€‹There are no added fees for delivery on holidays or during special events.

 

9.7 You as the client must confirm with the venue and or delivery location in order to assure that they will accept delivery at the time in which you have selected.

 

9.8 In the event the specified delivery location rejects the order an additional fee starting at $250 will be charged for Rozy and Violet blooms  to deliver to an alternate location. This fee will be due before delivery is fulfilled.

 

9.9 We are not responsible to set up of  decor provided by third parties. We are in charge to set up / strike our rentals and / or set up of fresh flowers when couples add this service.

 

9.10 Before placing your order, please review delivery information & prices.

 

9.11 IMPORTANT : 

​

Our arches are thoughtfully designed with lush, full floral coverage in the front, creating a stunning visual impact for your event. The back side is neatly finished to conceal structural mechanics, but it is not intended to be photo-facing or picture-perfect, as we use specialized tools and supports to ensure the arch is stable and safely secured.

For the best presentation, we recommend placing floral arches against a wall or in a location where the back is not prominently visible. This allows the beauty of the design to shine while maintaining safety and structural integrity.

CANCELLATION , ADJUSTMENTS & RESCHEDULING 

​

Standard Cancellation Policy

​

10.1A fifty percent (50%) non-refundable retainer is due upon contract signing. Retainer fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

10.2 Once the order is placed and the contract is accepted, no items may be removed from the order. Additions are permitted but removals are not. At Rozy and Violet Blooms, we are committed to providing fresh products and exceptional quality. Upon signing the contract, we begin preparing and securing all necessary materials to fulfill your order, ensuring availability for your event.

​

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require the client to cancel. While we are empathetic to such situations, please note that our preparation process begins immediately upon contract execution, and retainer fee is non-refundable and non-transferable to diferent date. 

 

10.3 If the client cancels the event less than one hundred and twenty (120) days before the event date, all funds paid are forfeited, and the full balance remains due two (2) months prior to the original event date.

 

10.4 If the client cancels more than 121 days prior to the scheduled event date, the remaining balance of the contract (50%) will be waived, and the client may cancel the event with us provided that both parties sign a mutual agreement of cancellation. The client is responsible to notify via email of this cancellation and sign of agreement of cancelation before 120 days mark.

CANCELLATION BY ROZY & VIOLET BLOOMS 
 

11.1 In the rare event that Rozy and Violet Blooms must cancel the order, we will fully refund any retainer fees paid by the client.

​

11.2 Rozy and Violet Blooms and their team are committed exclusively to the event date specified in the contract. Availability for any other date is not guaranteed and applies only to the date confirmed and mutually agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

​

COVID-19 or Pandemic Rescheduling Policy

​

11.2 If a full shutdown is mandated by the State of Illinois banning all private events, the client must submit written proof from the venue confirming cancellation or postponement.

  • The client has 400 days from the shutdown date to reschedule.

  • No refunds will be issued.

  • If not rescheduled within 400 days, the retainer is forfeited.

  • Reduced guest limits do not qualify for rescheduling or refunds.

  • Cancellations for personal reasons, including COVID-19 cases, are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

COMPLAINS & CONTACT INFORMATION

12.1 If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within two (2) hours of delivery to resolve the issue:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, prompt communication is essential for effective resolution.

 

DISCLAIMER AND GENERAL TERMS 
 

13.1 Rozy and Violet Blooms will make every effort to ensure that our website is functional and error-free. However, we accept no responsibility for any interruptions or technical issues beyond our control.

​

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with updates posted to our website.

  • Suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Rozy and Violet Blooms website at our discretion.

  • Use client data solely for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations, in accordance with all current data protection regulations.

​

13.2 This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and Rozy and Violet Blooms and or representative of company and supersedes any previous arrangements or understandings, whether written or oral.

​

13.3 This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Illinois.
