How to Purchase:

 

  • Choose your package or floral arrangements and add them to your cart.
    Minimum order: $1500 (except for elopement packages).

 

  • During checkout, fill in the special instructions box.
    You have the option to pick up free of charge from our flower shop or add delivery to one location within 20 miles for a flat fee of $250.

 

  • For locations beyond 20 miles, additional mileage charges will apply.

 

  • If you opt for delivery, you will be prompted to provide the venue name, address, email, and phone number for delivery, as well as any insurance documentation requests from the venue. Please also let us know your preferred drop-off and pickup times.

 

  • After checkout, a team member will contact you to confirm availability, send the invoice/contract, and secure your booking. Your date is not considered booked until the contract is signed and invoice is paid.

 

Special Offers (Valid Until End of Month):

 

Offer 1:
For couples who add delivery service and have the delivery location at the event or reception space, we will complementary set up reception tables with your fresh flowers. Tables must be prepared with linens upon our arrival. If the tables are not ready, we will deliver the flowers as planned, and a designated person will be responsible for setting them up. Please note, we cannot wait on-site until the catering or venue prepares linens.

 

Offer 2:
For couples renting arch setups, if the delivery location for the flowers is the same as the arch delivery, the flower delivery fee will be discounted to $200 for fresh flowers. Our team will also set up the fresh florals in your reception space at no additional charge. The venue must have tables ready at the time of delivery. If tables are set up later, flowers will be delivered to install at your designated person’s direction.

 

Offer 3:
Enjoy free delivery and setup for events located within 6 miles of our flower shop.

 

Additional Details & Policies:

 

  • Additional Mileage Fee: $2.50 per mile beyond 20 miles (up to 40 miles maximum).

 

  • If personal flower delivery is required at a different location, the delivery fee will be based on mileage and travel time.

 

  • Delivery Area: We deliver within Illinois only (no international shipping).

 

  • Delivery includes drop-off only. Setup  services are not included unless explicitly arranged and specified in the contract as part of a seasonal promotion.

 

  • Third-Party Décor: Rozy and Violet Blooms is not responsible for the setup of any third-party décor. We will only set up  floral arrangements provided by our team when this service is explicitly added to your contract or part of a promotion.

 

  • For complementary set up offer : We require a minimum of 30  inutes for setup of tables  prior to guest arrival or photo time. your event planner or venue staff is in charge to lit candles. 

 

Floral Craftsmanship & Customization Policy

 

  • Each flower arrangement is carefully crafted with premium, in-season blooms, selected for their quality and beauty. Every piece is designed with love and the highest attention to detail, making every event uniquely beautiful.

 

  • Our primary blooms include garden roses, ranunculus, snapdragons, and various filler flowers such as baby's breath, wax flowers, and Queen Anne's lace, among others.

 

  • To maintain affordability, we don't offer customization. 

 

  • Rozy and Violet Blooms reserves the right to substitute blooms with items of equal or greater value and quality without prior notice. Rest assured, all substitutions will stay within your theme and color scheme to ensure the integrity of your floral design.

 

Please note: Some of the published images are intended for inspiration purposes only and reflect the overall style and aesthetic we aim to create. Final designs will be crafted with your selected color palette and seasonal blooms.
