Approximately 90% premium real-touch silk florals provide the beauty and realism of fresh flowers, complemented by 10% fresh filler florals for depth and texture.

What’s Included
 
Rental of the arch structure and floral pieces only.
Arch can be repurposed for your reception, e.g., as a statement piece for the main table.
PROMOTION: Free Wedding Aisle Meadow (six large matching aisle arrangements, valued at $600) when repurposing for reception décor—can be used for cake, sweetheart, or head table.
Delivery, setup, strike, and pickup within 20 miles of our warehouse to a single location.
Arch dimensions: 8'H each pillar
 
Note: Candles, aisle décor, or additional styling elements are not included unless specified in your rental contract or promotion.
How to Rent
 
Choose the arch and any other rental items and add to cart.
Use the special instructions box to provide venue details (name, address, email, phone), let us know if insurance documentation is required, and your preferred drop-off and pickup times.
A team member will contact you to confirm availability and send an invoice/contract. Your date is not considered booked until the contract is signed and invoice is paid.
Additional Details & Policies
Additional Mileage Fee: $2.50 per mile beyond 20 miles (up to 40 miles).
Arch Relocation Fee: Starts at $100 if moved between ceremony and reception within the same venue; different venue evaluated separately.
Late-Night Pickup Fee: $50 per 30 minutes after 11:00 PM.
Vendor Policy: For insurance and safety, only our team may handle rental items.
Delivery Area: Park Ridge, Illinois; delivery within Illinois only.
Setup & Presentation
Minimum 1-hour setup required prior to guest arrival or photo time. Fresh blooms are backfilled on-site for a flawless, event-ready installation.
Arches are fully floral in front for maximum visual impact; the back is neatly finished but not photo-facing. For best results, place against a wall or where the back is not visible.
